New Portal for Service Request Management

Starting September 9, 2024, our ticket submission and management service will be moved to a new portal. This change is aimed at providing you with a faster and more efficient experience for handling post-sales requests.

You can access the new portal through our website’s “Service” section: https://panotec.com/en/service/

or directly via this URL: https://crm.panotec.it/

Please note that the previous ticketing system, Jupiter, will be discontinued. To assist with the transition, a redirect button to the new system will be available on the Jupiter login page for a limited time.

To standardize the customer identification data, some clients may be assigned new credentials, which will need to be requested again.
