How does
it work

Object scanning and alignment station

Items are automatically scanned and measured as they are fed into the line. Any oversized products are directed to a dedicated exit to avoid production stoppages. Product dimensions are sent by the system to the next station, where the customised box is produced.

Box forming
station

This station is responsible for creating the customised box. To optimise the use of cardboard, the machine is fed with only two widths of cardboard to create a very wide dimensional range.

Coupling station

Items and invoices are automatically placed on the reinforced bottom of the box. Thanks to the constant speed of the conveyors, there are no abrupt movements or sudden stops along the production line. This ensures optimal stability, which is especially important for multiple or unstable products.

Gluing and closing station

The box folds around the contents on all four sides, regardless of the shape of the objects.

Labelling

The line is equipped with a labelling machine that applies the shipping label to the top of the box.

The patented box produced by OPERA is designed to be customised, reusable and protective.

EASY OPEN AND REUSABLE

Thanks to the special shape and adjustment of the amount of glue applied to the lid, the box can be easily opened without being damaged and therefore reused for returns.

PROTECTIVE AND SOLID

The box is reinforced on all four sides and has a double layer of cardboard on the top and bottom, providing excellent protection during transport and allowing the boxes to be securely stacked on top of each other.

TAILOR-MADE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

Perfectly suited to the size of the product to be shipped, Opera boxes are designed to optimise the consumption of raw materials, creating very little waste. What others see as waste becomes protection inside the box for us!
